Gaeleen is the Manager of Taupō Pathways. She is passionate about guiding rangatahi through the next steps of their journey into employment or further training.
As a result of spending years in the education and social service space, Gaeleen has seen the need for having a very holistic programme that includes teaching employability so the needs of all rangatahi are met and they succeed in the workplace and not only get work but keep work. Gaeleen sees the importance of creating platforms for employers to showcase their sector and empowering young people into employment.
