Meg began working with YEA at the start of 2025 as a Youth Lead for the Good Youth Employer project, alongside fellow Youth Lead, Holly Duff. Meg is now the Youth Lead for all YEA projects and, with a background in the mental health and disability sector, she brings great expertise and lived experience to her mahi with YEA. 

"I am particularly passionate about youth voices and ensuring they are included and valued at all levels of decision-making. I have a special interest in social justice for disabled youth, and working to amplify the voices of tangata whaikaha".
