Logan joined YEA as Youth Lead for the Good Youth Employer project, based in Wellington. At 18, he brings a rare perspective - not just as a young person, but as someone who has already lived the entrepreneurial side of youth employment first-hand.

Logan founded Emporom Media Group at 15, building three ventures across digital marketing, software, and web development while still in high school. That experience - figuring out the working world young, without a roadmap, is what drives his commitment to ensuring rangatahi have better pathways and support than he did.

"I know what it's like to be a young person trying to make your way in the workforce without much guidance. I want to use that experience to help shape systems that actually work for young people, not just around them."

Logan is particularly passionate about elevating youth voice in business and policy decisions, and ensuring that the employers who engage with young people do so in ways that are genuinely empowering.
