With over a decade of experience driving large-scale social impact initiatives across India, Apeksha Victor brings expertise in leadership development, capacity-building, and education sector innovation. Currently completing a Master of Education and working as a Research Assistant at the University of Waikato and AUT, she is contributing her research capabilities to design and implement research projects that strengthen communities, foster equity, and enable systemic change.
Apeksha is working alongside Holly Duff on the White Paper project, that will demonstrate to the government how best to partner with the NGO sector to ensure programmes for NEETS include a focus on prevention.
