Robbie Paul is the General Manager of Partners Porirua Charitable Trust, where he leads initiatives that support rangatahi to successfully transition from education into employment, training, and sustainable careers. Based in Porirua, Robbie has extensive experience working across youth development, employment services, driver licensing programmes, community partnerships, and systems change initiatives that reduce barriers and create opportunities for young people.

Throughout his career, Robbie has worked closely with schools, employers, local government, iwi, community organisations, and central government agencies to strengthen employment pathways and improve outcomes for rangatahi. He is a strong advocate for early intervention, work-readiness, driver licensing, and practical pathways that help young people build confidence, gain skills, and access meaningful employment.
