Triple Summits Employment Services was established in 2014 to provide a service to the New Zealand Government in the youth development sector, taking a holistic and end-to-end approach to facilitating sustainable employment outcomes. We have successfully changed the lives of 650 rangatahi and counting!

Triple Summits is contracted to provide services that will help youth and other clients get into, and remain in, employment, education or training. We are contracted to the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Youth Development. We deliver support and mentoring services in the Waikato, Wellington, Canterbury and other regions of New Zealand. Our wraparound service takes a holistic and end-to-end approach. We facilitate sustainable employment and training outcomes for our rangatahi and Job Seekers. We have worked with over 800 people since 2014, supporting them to gain sustainable employment / training. We are proud to achieve over 80% sustainable outcomes annually.
