Charlotte has been involved in the rangatahi space since leaving secondary school in 2019. She has worked as a Youth Advocate for the Electoral Commission, a Youth Innovator in the Waikato Wellbeing Project, and as a Project Activator for the community organisation Seed Waikato where her focus was on the Wellbeing and Engagement of rangatahi in the Waikato. Charlotte currently works as a Community Advisor, Youth, for Hamilton City Councl

Charlotte joined the Stewardship group as she believes in the vision and purpose of YEA. She wants to be apart of a collective that are priortising rangatahi and ensuring they are being provided meaningful opportunities and futures.
